Special vans, wheelchairs and assistans are provided upon request in advance. Furthermore, vans are designed with wide aisles and comfortable seats.

We were only in Istanbul for one day, but thanks to the excellent work of our tour guide Taylan our party of eight was able to get a real taste of the city. Can’t wait to go back and spend more time in this fascinating place.
There were 5 adults in our group. They picked us up at port they will bringing the wheelchair with. Very comfortable air conditioned vehicle. We had our own personal tour of Istanbul then a wonderful lunch.
Basilica Cistern is underground chamber where water was held during Roman reign in Istanbul. It is nicely lighted with silent music playing. Nice experience especially during rainy days or days with unpleasant weather. Also accessible with wheelchair.
Hagia Sophia is a must place to visit while you are in Istanbul. There are ramps that enable access into the ground floor area of the museum. Also note that the wheelchair user and their helper do not need to pay for their tickets.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us the stories relating to each of the sites we visited. All this was arranged over the internet, so we headed into unknown territory, but it all worked extremely well. Lunch was also included.
