Visit the Topkapi Palace, once the palace of the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire, Topkapi is a vast treasury of Islamic culture, science and weaponry, visited by over 2 million people every year. It is one of the highlights of Turkey. Visit the Underground Cistern (Basilica Cistern),waterway was used as a reservoir for water storage for the Great Palace and other buildings. It is 132 m length, by 65m wide. There are 336 columns in the cistern. Most of the column capitals are either in Corinthian or Doric Style. It’s impressive. After leaving the Basilica Cistern you will finally have the opportunity to do some haggling at the Grand Bazaar, the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is like any bazaar except that, as its explains, it is all within one huge building. Depending on how you measure it, the covered market here could be the largest shopping center in the world, numbering over 4,000 individual shops, you will find among masses of modern trash an approximation of youthful dreams of the glamorous oriental market.Inclusions

Topkapi Palace was unquestionably the coolest attraction I saw in Istanbul–I spent almost 3.5 hours there. The palace enormous, ornate, and absolutely beautiful, and items on display are one-of-a-kind.
A visit to the harem is not always included in tours of the Palace but be sure to make time for it – one of the most interesting and atmospheric parts of all.

We arranged a tour of Istanbul and Ephesus and both were top notch. Good drivers and guides, prompt service. Our guide arranged a traditional lunch for our group close to Ephesus and it was excellent, reasonable price and nice cold beer on a hot day! Topkapi Palace is probably the best attraction of Istanbul. Inside you can see various different thematic areas: Dresses of the Sultan, the treasury, swords and guns in the armory, and many others. Particularly nice is the terrace with the pool and at sunset is a great place to take pictures.
A grand bazaar where you would find everything under one roof. Its a good walk around and. Ery crowded all the time. I was surprised to see different brand replics here and lot of gold shops around. They have a whole section for antiques im sure most of them must be replics. But worth a visit.
We had wanted to visited Topkapı Palace for a long time. It was great, fabulous and wonderful. Really recommended.
