After leaving the Basilica Cistern you will finally have the opportunity to do some haggling at the Grand Bazaar, the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is like any bazaar except that, as its explains, it is all within one huge building. Be sure to go into the Harem absolutely spectacular tile work. This is a very large site. There is a general entry charge and another for the Harem. It is worth getting to the venue early in the morning since the crowds can build up quickly. Useful to have a guide to take you around.
The treasury is worth a visit – it includes the largest diamond and the Topkapi dagger. (There is another dagger on display that includes a watch in the end of the hilt – quite useful if you have to stab to a timetable!)
En istanbul esta topkapi es un palacio matavilloso gracias al private tour conocimos el lugar muy buena la atencion
The Topkapi Palace is not only a huge structure, but also laid out so one can see just how the palace was run and the duties of the groups within the palace, and the sociological order of those days.
Thank you very much for the Mystery Tours
Topkapi Palace is varied in its attraction housing beautiful artefacts along with interesting architecture and interiors. If you arrive early, the harem (which by reports can be very crowded) is less crowded.
Lo mas lindo de istanbul fueron las mezquitas sin duda alguna, el tour privado nos ofrecio unas maravillosas vacaciones

The Ottoman empire was something to behold and if you are looking for the history there's no better than here. A great Topkapi Palace to visit but make time for it as there's a lot to see and take in. A must see.
Basilica Cistern is hundreds of years old!! The medusa heads are fantastic as I am a mythology nut and I always liked the story of the Medusa. Very damp and musty and makes for amazing "night" photography due to very limited lighting!
