The Grand Bazaar came with high expectations! We've been hearing about it for years, and couldn't wait to visit. It was a great place to take in the history, aromas, and friendly merchants, while picking up some spices and delicious Turkish Delights, a jellied candy. It's almost the national candy!
In the grand bazaar, you can find many things. And out of this many things, 99% of the stuff are stuff that you will not use in your life. These are usually overpriced in the grand bazaar and you will need to have lots of patience to look around to compare prices and negotiate.
Grand bazaar was very beautiful, but inside they ask 3 times the amount of money they ask outside the bazaar. It's pretty to see, but it's all the same.

The tours arranged for us to be picked up at the airport on our arrival in Istanbul, taken on a 3-4 hour “lay of the land” tour of Istanbul (We had previously seen the major sights) and then dropped off at the cruise terminal to begin our cruise.
