we really had a great time. thanks
Found our guide outside the port (amongst a dozen others) with him holding a sign with our names. We had a very knowledgeable English speaking guide + a driver in a spacious air conditioned minivan. Very interesting archeological site.
Ephesus was a great place to visit whe have a wonderful day.
we loved this trip, the private tour was ideal with us having an 8 year old, we saw everything and learned alot about the history of ephesus, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
my children and I had a great time thank you
What is amazing is the way one can almost walk through the streets of the city and imagine how the city was organised in those time by seeing the ruins on both sides.
A great way to see Ephesus on a budget. Highly recommended.
We cannot recommend this tour enough. The transportation was top of the line and our guide and driver were outstanding. We thought it was an excellent value as well.
Ephesus was magnificant. The guide was on time, This was a good trip.
If you arrive in Ephesus via cruise, definitely skip any excursions offered by your cruise line and book a private tour with Ephesus Tours. Not only is it much cheaper, it’s more comfortable, private, and you can go at your own pace.
My family and I took a deluxe half day tour just last week. Our guide was excellent friendly knowledgeable and very funny and very comfortable Mercedes that felt more like a limo than a van.
We visited the Ephesus ruins first fantastic. The terrace houses wa great I highly recommend, especially if you’re interested in art.
We then visited the house of the virgin mary. It’s actually a church built on the foundations of the house, not the actual house itself. Maybe the experience would be more inspiring or impressive to someone religious, but to me the actual site was pretty ho-hum. But the views during the drive there are spectacular, and that alone makes the trip worthwhile.
But overall, everything was great. We had a wonderful time in Ephesus Turkey and would definitely recommend this tour!
