Our tour guide was lovely – she spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. Thanks
What is amazing is the way one can almost walk through the streets of the city and imagine how the city was organised in those time by seeing the ruins on both sides.
The group had a great time in Ephesus. In all, this was the most wonderful tour.
If you begin your tour of Ephesus early in the day, chances are, you will get to the terrace houses before the route through the exhibit becomes a train of shoulder to shoulder people. It's worth it just to see the amazing mosaics, in perfect condition and the frescoes on the walls of these ancient, wealthy homes.
Our Guide Tuna was wonderful. She did a very good job of preparing us for the ephesus trip with commentary, delivered us promptly and picked us up just as scheduled. Really great job. We would use again and recommend your service Thanks!
These are the most spectacular ruins that we saw when visiting Turkey. If you visit the country and have limited time, these are the ruins that you should visit. There is a lot to see at these ruins and you should allow several hours. We thought that the entrance was awesome, however there were much better sights as we walked through the place.
our guide and we enjoyed the entire day very knowledgeable and made our tour special she is able to get you ahead of the bus loads of people coming to the sites saw alot of the countryside we otherwise would not have seen in a very comfortable setting the lunch outdoors was good and a nice way to experience this part of turkey
Without hesitation I can say that our day tour of Ephesus was perfect. I booked a private self chosen tour through private tours. I pre-selected that we would visit Ephesus, the Terrace Houses at Ephesus, the Ephesus Museum, and have lunch. Our group of nine consisted of my in-laws (in their 70’s), my husband and I, and our five children (ages 15,14,12,11,9).Our guide met us at our port in Izmir and directed us to the newest and most comfortable touring van I have ever seen. She shared her tremendous knowledge with us, as well as her love for her country and people.. Ephesus is really worths seeing. Highly recommended!!!
Amazing experience with excellent tour guide. One of the favourite private tours of our ephesus trip!
This is charged separately within the Ephesus remains. It's under cover. The remains of the terrace houses are stunning, mosaic floors, some still complete and also plaster and wallpainting still in tact from roman times. This is an outstanding part of a larger also outstanding historical site
