When you arrive in the port of Kusadasi, your private guide will be waiting to lead you to your own luxury vehicle, during a 20 minute ride to Ephesus, your guide gives you a brief info about the area and about the country.
As you arrive in Ephesus, you will first see the Magnesia Gate, a marvelous example of ancient architecture that once stood tall as an entrance to the city. Begin a downhill walk with your guide into the city’s ruins. The route will take you past the Odeon, the Celsus Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The theater, one of the city’s best-preserved monuments, it is still used today for the local spring festival. It once had seating space for 24,000 people, and it is believed to be the site where St Paul preached to the Ephesians.
This tour includes a visit to the Sirince Village. Sirince is a scenic little village dotted with a dollhouse collection of stone and stucco houses. Sirince was settled when Ephesus was abandoned in the 15th century but most of what one sees today dates from the 19th century. After enjoying the Turkish cuisine at the Sirince village, you will returning to where your tour concludes.

- At time of booking, Cruise Ship passengers must provide the following details under Special Requirements: Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- Children 6-18 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Please enter your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements box at the time of booking, and reconfirm 48 hours prior to the tour’s departure time.
- Ephesus requires walking long distances over uneven surfaces, comfortable clothing and closed toe, sensible walking shoes are recommended. Sunglasses and sunscreen are suggested.
- We will ensure your timely return to the Kusadasi or Izmir port for this activity. If you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call.

Really a beautiful place, nice pensions, hotels or hostels around there. Almost all places are very old buildings. Looks fantastic.
I would recommend a private guided tour even though there are signs with explanations all along the way.

We were travelling on a cruise ship with 3 couples and booked a private tour our tour guide seemed to get us to each place before the big crowds arrived thanks.
Sirince is a pleasant town in a pleasant setting but better suited to day visit than staying there as nearby Selcuk has much more to offer, costs less for the same food and lodging, and is MUCH more convenient to the sites one would most likely want to visit.
les dejo un pequeno dato que espero les sirva de algo; las personas que viajan a otros paises y a turquia creen que un tour privado es mucho mas caro e incluso el doble mas caro que lo normal pero les informo que eso es un error un tour privado es mucho mas barato… yo coji este tour privado de dia completo y creanme que me salio mucho menos de lo que cuesta viajar con 50 personas…. disfruten de este tour vale la pena
Sirince is close to Selcuk and Ephesus. It is alovely village up in the hills. Wonderful view accross the country side. The village is famous for its local wine, a part of the heritage of the Greek residents who left in the 1920's. Architecture is also beautiful.
Well worth the short trip from Ephesus.
We wish we had spent more time at this beautiful village. The wines made at the village are one of the best found in the region. Every street and corner is scenic and a candidate for a beautiful photograph. Spend time here, roam its alleys and if you have the time consider spending a couple of nights as well.
