When you arrive in the port of Kusadasi, your private guide will be waiting to lead you to your own luxury vehicle, during a 20 minute ride to Ephesus, your guide gives you a brief info about the area and about the country.
As you arrive in Ephesus, you will first see the Magnesia Gate, a marvelous example of ancient architecture that once stood tall as an entrance to the city. Begin a downhill walk with your guide into the city’s ruins. The route will take you past the Odeon, the Celsus Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The theater, one of the city’s best-preserved monuments, it is still used today for the local spring festival. It once had seating space for 24,000 people, and it is believed to be the site where St Paul preached to the Ephesians.
This tour includes a visit to the Sirince Village. Sirince is a scenic little village dotted with a dollhouse collection of stone and stucco houses. Sirince was settled when Ephesus was abandoned in the 15th century but most of what one sees today dates from the 19th century. After enjoying the Turkish cuisine at the Sirince village, you will returning to where your tour concludes.

- At time of booking, Cruise Ship passengers must provide the following details under Special Requirements: Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- Children 6-18 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Please enter your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements box at the time of booking, and reconfirm 48 hours prior to the tour’s departure time.
- Ephesus requires walking long distances over uneven surfaces, comfortable clothing and closed toe, sensible walking shoes are recommended. Sunglasses and sunscreen are suggested.
- We will ensure your timely return to the Kusadasi or Izmir port for this activity. If you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call.

The most informative tour we did whilst away, having a small group with english speaking guides was great. Our Tour Guides Burcu she was wonderful. Would recommend small groups tours to anyone visit the ephesus.

Sirince is a quaint little village tucked away down a side road. The markets were great and although people were keen to sell their wares etc they were not too persistent. A large variety of local handcrafts and food were available, some genuine others commercially made.
I enjoyed visiting the fruit wine store where we tasted some delicious fruit wines….
Ephesus was our favorite port of call. Our guide was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about everything from antiquities, to agriculture, and even funny the tour is much less expensive than the ship offerings and far superior in terms of attention.

The word around Sirince is that Tom Cruise visited here to survive the December 21, 2012 end to the Mayan calendar. It was a very lovely little village and worth visiting if you are traveling in the Izmir province. There are lots of restaurants in the village too that have local wine made in the area.
Sea un tour de medio dia o de dia completo creanme que realmente es una de las experiencias mas maravillos que puede vivir un ser humano, la historia, cultura,emocion y la sensacion que da el estar en ese lugar realmente es unica… la verdad yo les recomiendo un tour privado porque??? es mi segunda vez en turquia la primera fue con un grupo de 40 personas no fue malo pero a mi y mi mujer nos gustan las cosas un poco exlusivas por eso tomamos un tour privado y la verdad vimos las diferencias de negro a blanco es una atencion muy esmerada la que entrega tu guia conductor y la calidad de los coches que realmente a cada persona que conosco le recomiendo tomar un tour privado para visitar efeso….
