The site is located on a hill and required a drive of about 30-40 minutes from the port of Kusadasi, Turkey. The drive itself was lovely and the view as we climbed was well worth the trip. Luckily we reached the site very early before other tour buses.
It was a great day with so much to see in such a beautiful city
Those with air sick, please prepare yourself before going on this Microlight tour !
It was a very moving experience to visit the House of Mary. The house is set up as a chapel, to meditate in quietness. Because we went around Christmas, it was beautifully decorated for the season, with carols playing very quietly in the background.
I arranged a tour before going on a Mediterrian cruise. We did an amazing tour of Ephesus and Sirence village with the lovely and incredibly knowledgeable guide. Thank you for a memorable and informative day!
Worthwhile destination with a great guide.
would recommend to anyone.
This was the perfect tour to see all of Ephesus in a limited amount of time.
The guides were all professional, knowledgeable and personable.
A fabulous day! Thank you
We thought it was a very peaceful place to be if you could avoid the large tour buses that descend on the area. the religious significance of this house to Catholics is right up there along with fatima in Portugal but like Fatima, it does feel quite touristy due to the busloads of people.
