We Just Wanted To Let You Know We Had A Wonderful Time. Ephesus Was Amazing !
Went as part of full day Thomson cruise excursion. My husband and I both found the experience highly moving. Whilst area very busy the house itself and grounds were very tranquil. Able to light a candle and collect the blessed water once through the house plus a prayer wall where you can attach your written prayers with ribbons.
our ephesus tour was one of the highlights
Virgin Mary's House is about 10 km from Selcuk. If you plan to visit Ephesus as well.
The scenery was breathtaking, enjoyed every minute of it. The Microlight was very comfortable and the scenic flight was great value for money and great friendly and experienced pilot.
It was wonderful to be in such a small group of people. There was no stress related to our tour whatsoever.
The drive is a little further out and it gets crowded. The place is very small and well I just don't think it was worth it.
What a wonderful experience. not the most religious person in world but such a feeling of calm and serenity. Recommend a visit.
Our visit here was part of a tour that also went to Ephesus & the tomb of St. John. The crowds were large at all 3 places, but since this is such a small place, the huge crowd made it less enjoyable…..that is a shame, because the site has great significance for many people. The home is small, but well…
We all love a old little beautiful village, ephesus and virgin marys house was absolutely fabulous.
