Antalya is a vibrant busy town with so many shops., restaurants etc. makes for a good day out . really liked the shopping malls, which were a good retreat from the heat outside.
The history, we enjoyed comparing the old with the new
To feel we were walking in the same places as all those who had gone centuries before
Lots of hotels and guest houses and a great place to stay in Antalya if you prefer to avoid the usual tourist resorts. Lots of quaint lanes and streets and an abundance of small bars.
clean sea a little bit salty ..many beaches and bbeach bars u can eat cheap
If you are in the area stop by for a look as the gate is remarkably well preserved and you can quickly and easily get a sense of what it was like to enter this city in the year 130! That's when it was built as an entrance for a visit from Hadrian. Wow!
Very busy but very enjoyable. Loved the quaint shops and there are plenty of places to eat and drink.
It is a very picturesque marina set in the old Roman harbour but the restaurants and boat owners just don't leave you alone which is a shame because it can spoil a good evening
After sightseeing at the marina we climbed the old slippery stairs out, swear some of those steps was longer than my wife's legs, on the third last step you can see a little cafe come into view, it had to be the best bottle of Effes I had all holiday
The hotel was great. Location and food were also very good! The staff were friendly and I enjoyed my stay there very much . I recommend it to everyone who's going to Turkey! I'm definitely coming back !
