Antalya is a city on the Mediterranean coast of southwestern Turkey. It is Turkey’s biggest international sea resort, located on the Turkish Riviera.
In 2011 the city had a population of 964,886 and the metropolitan municipality 1,041,972. Antalya was the world’s fourth most visited city by number of international arrivals in 2011, with 10.5 million annual visitors. Antalya,
It was very old and beautiful. I liked it. If you are going to the Işiklar st. do not miss this attraction.
Its worth a trip to the marina with shops and bazar.Everythings in one place.Take the Hotels shuttle bus.Or the local bus that runs past the hotel every 10 mins, but remember where you got off the bus.for your return to the Hotel.Or ask anyone for Bus No 38
When we first saw this area, the houses were run down, most occupied by families who kept goats downstairs and lived above them. The main feature of the harbour area( where the smart restaurants cluster around the amfiteatro) was a derelict concrete warehouse and the only refreshment was that provided by a cay evi for the local fishermen !, The…
Really the only thing in Antalya City that's worth a look at, sits right in the middle of the city, but its a good place to keep in mind when getting your bearings to get the bus back to Lara Beach!

Again, it was lovely to see but as it was coupled with the shopping trip rather glossed over – tour guide was very good regarding the history, but it was so hot we did not take much notice.
We took a local bus the LC 07 from Lara Beach Liberty hotel to Antalya old town ,the fare was 2tl about 70p and takes about three quarters of an hour. The driver and locals told us where to get off and which way to head and where to catch the bus on return. As you walk through the rapidly…
We visited this place with my wife during our honeymoon. We had lunch there, food was nice. We hired a boat and took a seacost tour, it was also very nice. There are shops that may take your attention and historical places are must see.
I dislike the pebble beach.
rental of deckchairs is possible but the drinks on the beach are expensive.
Clear crisp water (very salty).
Pebble beach so wear some kind of bath shoes, they're very hot to step on
