With its history, sea, cultural assets and high quality tourism facilities, Antalya is known as the capital of Tutkish tourism. With Belek, Kemer, Side-Manavgat, Alanya, Lara-Kunda, and Kaş tourism centers, Antalya hosts more than 10 million foreign quests every year. Along with a cultural heritage deeply rooted in history,

Meeting the hospitable people of Antalya is just another part of the pleasant holiday experience.
Antalya is a city on the Mediterranean coast of southwestern Turkey. It is Turkey’s biggest international sea resort, located on the Turkish Riviera.
In 2011 the city had a population of 964,886 and the metropolitan municipality 1,041,972. Antalya was the world’s fourth most visited city by number of international arrivals in 2011, with 10.5 million annual visitors. Most of these tourists were changing planes or moving between the airport and the cruise lines.
Antalya,
nice place to visit if you are into roman architecture and history, shopping district opposite the ruins
the bazaar shop workers do your head in to buy very pushy and then if you dont buy they get annoyed! how rude! should just leave the customers to browse in and out of the shops freely instead of being scared to even walk past the shops and even look at anything!
I have chosen to make Antalya my base for a few days by the see during Bayram. I understand that this city is probably not the best for its nature but since it is well connected I decided that was good enough.
Out of curiosity I still decided to have a look at Konyaalti Beach.
Konyaalti Beach is probably the…
Lovely lovely lovely
Everything is nice there. You gonna enjoy walking and setting in Retro coffee shop.
I confess to being the wrong side of 50 and this is for like-minded people. We only visited part of this beach on the way back from Termessos, but I wouldn't pass the time of day here if you value your eardrums! Every cafe/bar/restaurant was gearing up for the summer season and they all appeared to be intent on outdoing…
It's only ok to sit in the square and watch tourists and locals passing by.
…learn to barter! NEVER pay the 1st price! It's an art. When youlearn how, it fun! You usually both leave happy.
Beautiful. Traditional little enclave in the heart of a busy modern resort…Well worth a visit…and the shopping is great too!!
Good for bargains, went to the Antalya Bazar if you look around you can get some brilliant bargains, but remember they need to make a living to.
Tourist territory! It's all about the tourists! Very pretty, lovely harbour, not for the non surefooted as it is all narrow cobble steep streets. Definitely worth visiting.
