Ephesus was our favorite port of call. Our guide was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about everything from antiquities, to agriculture, and even funny the tour is much less expensive than the ship offerings and far superior in terms of attention.
We had a very nice lunch there as part of the tour a super experience I highly recommend this tour
Ephesus tours was fantastic. they picked us up at the ship and we began a day of absolute perfection. we had toured Ephesus before on a prior cruise and used the tour from the cruise line. This time around wanted a more personal feel to our tour. There were specific places we wanted to visit and places we wanted to go back too.
I would go back and do the same tour all over again. the amount of history, customs and real life experiences we recieved made it a very special day.
Our guide sat and chatted with us the entire way to Ephesus about Turkish history, lifestyle, and some chitchat. At Ephesus she gave as a solid, amazing tour.
We all love a old little beautiful village, ephesus and virgin marys house was absolutely fabulous.
Visited as part of our Adriatic & Aegean cruise. Docked in Kusadasi and this provided a short driving tour of the area around the Ephesus site.
Buy one of the books that descibes the site as a helpful resource. The site accepts only Turkish Lira or credit card payments. There is a museum in the adjacent community where many of the original artifacts are housed. The site can become crowded during the peak tourist season and is open air so if it is hot, you’ll be out in the sun the whole time.
Thank you very much – we had a great time!
This tour was booked as from a cruise ship arrival for 10 people. I must say we realy enjoyed we had a great time.
We booked a private tour of Ephesus from our cruise ship. The tour guide and that air conditioned van made a huge difference.
