It was a great day with so much to see in such a beautiful, clean city!
Our guide was a great guide full of historical knowledge as well as answering questions about the land and people.
I especially liked the little village Sirence that we visited. The people were so friendly and the village gave us the opportunity to purchase gifts to take home that were handmade.
They are still excavating here lovely to see. It is quite a trek down the path make sure you take water on this trip
This was a nice place to visit, but I would not go out of my way to visit. If you can combine this with other ruins in the area, it would be best. Bring your own bottle to collect Holy Water, it will save you some euro.
We enjoyed the whole trip and would do it again. Thanks
Beautiful house and chapel and a gorgeous setting in the middle of nature. This is definitely worth a trip up to give you a good feel for the history and to see the wall of peoples wishes, hopes, and prayers tucked inside layers of fabric, papers, strings, scarves, etc.
A lovely place to spend time if you are not rushed in group tours to appreciate the context of your trip, we arranged a private transport and 2 hrs waiting time 60TL through the hotel,, just enough for what we came for. You can be easily distracted if you are praying with lots of tours in the early morning..
A long winding drive to the top of a small mountain (tall hill) with a spectacular view from the top.
Not much to see, but worth the trip to the small building in a wooded area turned into a beautiful chapel. A place to sit down, relax and experience the peacefulness of the area.
The house itself is very small but it has an effect on many people. I liked the wall where people write their prayers and wishes on papers and tie them on. it was quite dramatic looking.
i was blown away it was so atmospheric the church is so small and private it touches the soul
la isla de kusadasi es un lugar fenomenal me gusto muchismo el comercio y lo cerca que esta de efeso y la casa de la virgen maria
