Very very mistiqe place, you can feel the spiritual energy in side, does not matter which religion you belive ,please visit this holy place.
What an experience for a Christian. Only downside was that photos were not allowed inside.
Special atmosphere inside the house, lovely surroundings, very peaceful, and an interesting story behind this site.
Great experience… make sure that you wear comfy shoes and cover your legs and shoulders. Take an empty container for the holy water from the fountain if you would like to take some with you. Our guide told us that many people with disabilities go there, believing for their healing and leave crutches and wheelchairs behind when they received it.
This place is truly magical. The priests are just beautiful too. Even if you are not religious this is definitely a place you will just feel like you belong. I was lucky enough to also see the other church which is really old and is used by the priests there not for everyone.
We enjoyed the whole trip and would do it again. Thanks
The house is very small and you are herded through in single file with the other thousands of people filing through daily. There is really nothing to see inside the small building but I understand for many they are not there to view the building but to experience the holiness of the home in which Mary supposedly spent her last…
We really enjoyed the trip. Thank you very much
The park-like grounds around the site of the reputed house of the Virgin Mary make for a lovely visit on a hot day. The house is very small and one cannot stay long inside because of the crowds. Nontheless, the people are reverent and respectful, stopping by the springs after exiting the church to drink.
